What's Not Included:

  • Non-Standard Support Requests
    Support outside agreed service terms, including emergency or out-of-hours response, and assistance for systems not covered under your plan, is not included. Ad-hoc costs will apply to any work carried out outside your agreement service.
  • Hardware and Consumable Costs
    Managed support does not include the supply of new hardware or physical equipment. Devices, networking equipment, peripherals, and office consumables are charged separately.
  • Project-Based or Specialist Services
    Large-scale projects such as major migrations, infrastructure overhauls, or transformation initiatives are not covered unless explicitly agreed. This also includes third-party software licensing and any bespoke development, automation, or system customisation.
  • Training or Consultancy Outside Standard Deliverables
    Your plan does not include large-scale training sessions, workshops, or extended consultancy services that fall outside day-to-day IT support and operational guidance.
